Ideas for SSF2TURBO voices

ok this is a cool idea i had for the game.Why not change some of the audio with some of the chars, and applie their cvs snd counter parts.i tried it with vega, and he came out pretty sick.Starting this week ill start getting sound packs for this occurence.ill post vid later if possible.
